ROUND 14 - DYNAFIT SKI TOURING COURCHEVEL - 9 March 2011

Florent PERRIER and Claude CHENAL win the 14th round.

70 competitors were on the start line of this 14th climb of 3.2 km with 500 metres of elevation gain. Among them, Florent Perrier (4th in the provisional overall standings in 24min07s) and Alexandre Pellicier (5th in the provisional overall standings in 24min09) had come to try to secure a place in the overall top 3. In the end, neither managed to improve his time, but Florent Perrier finished in front in 24min12s, a few seconds ahead of Alexandre Pellicier in 24min30s and Sébastien Bedu in 25min54s. Among the women, there was no record either, but a fine climb for Claude Chenal, who finished first in 40min54sec. Next came Agathe Minoret in 41min38s and Claire Blanc Gayard in 43min18s.

Also worth noting is the fine 8th place of Aymeric Bonnier of the Courchevel Sports Alpinisme club, who will be at the Pierra Menta next week with Nicolas Bourin. Nicolas Mater and Denis Medge will also be there. You will be able to follow these two Courchevel teams on the Dynafit Ski Touring Courchevel website.

Only 5 climbs remain, so no more time to think: come and test yourself and put your name in the Dynafit Ski Touring standings, which already have 394 ranked.
